IRFT has worked intensively with many business associates, each with their own characteristics, needs, compulsions, and results in the areas of Organizational Capacity building, Business planning, Training area, Organization systems, Product development, market linkages etc. A Brief profile of some of our business associates/ our clients:

Bhopal Rehabilitation (BR) was established with the aim of assisting and rehabilitating the victims of Bhopal Gas tragedy,to help families in economic rehabilitation by providing them skills in production techniques,Opportunities of self employment;Help in marketing to ensure a steady flow of demand and supply.

C.C. Shroff Self Help Centre was set up with the aim of producing well designed, but low-skilled products providing direct employment for 150 families and indirect employing another 75, mostly women.

Chaitanya Educational and Rural Development Society:-CERDS is a strongly motivated for the under privileged people and under developed sectors of the society.CERDS is more concerned about dependent groups in the society e.g. Children and Older People.

DHRUVA is an acronym for Dharampur Utthan Vahini, , an associate organisation promoted by BAIF Development Research Foundation, is promoting a horticultural based development programme benefiting over 12,000 families in 200 tribal villages, of Navsari , Dharampur, Kaprada and Dang districts in South Gujarat.

Maharashtra Institute of Technology Transfer for Rural Areas (MITTRA), aims to support 15,000 tribal families by developing wadis on their marginally productive lands.

MAHITI - Mahiti is a grass root level non government development organization (NGDO) working in the most backward coastal region of Gujarat called Bhal. IRFT's association with Mahiti involves the conduction of feasibility study for alternative income generation activities in Bhal region.

PRAGATI Pragati is a voluntary organisation, established in the year 1992. Action area of Pragati is rural in nature, predominantly inhabited by tribal people like Paraja, Kotia ,Dora ,Rana, Gadba and Kondh. With the aim of building capacity for their business activities, IRFT has facilitated in developing various systems in the areas of business like costing and pricing, business planning and have provided various capacity building inputs in the area of marketing, pricing and costing, value addition, business planning and analysis.

SAVEGE -SAVEGE was formed with a motive of uplifting the DALITS, tribal and economically backward people from the clutches of poverty and social evils.

Gujarat State Women’s Sewa Cooperative Federation Ltd. - SEWA is striving towards making their members self depend and improving their economic and social status. IRFT is associated for research with an objective of assessing the demand and supply of marine and inland fisheries in Ahmeabad market.

The Shroff’s Foundation Trust (SFT) was instituted with the aim of assisting the all round economic, social and cultural development of the people.The Trust’s activities reach 47,500 families in 162 villages of Gujrat state.
